Garden of Discipline is a Florida-based wellness and lifestyle brand created by La Cher that teaches people how to grow food, learn real skills, and build independence the way our ancestors did.
I’m self-taught and everything I know came from curiosity, trial and error, listening, observing, and being willing to learn the hard way when needed. I never had a blueprint for this, I built it by paying attention and staying disciplined.
Garden of Discipline is not a brand I created to sell something, it’s a reflection of how I live and I grow food because I don’t believe nourishment should come from a system that doesn’t care about us. I work with plants because they’ve always been medicine and I teach because there's no gatekeeping over here, knowledge only matters when it’s shared.

Honestly, this all comes from watching how disconnected people have become from their own power. So many of us don’t know where our food comes from and we don’t realize how capable we actually are.
Garden of Discipline exists to bring people back to themselves, back to growing, making products and learning skills that don’t disappear when the internet goes down or the shelves are empty. Think of it less like going backwards and more like getting back to what actually works.
Whether it’s through consultations, products, or community gatherings, my approach is simple.
I meet you right where you're at, keep things super practical and never overcomplicate things that don't need to be.
You don't need to have all the answers to begin; you just need to be open to learning and actually using what you pick up and that's where "discipline" fits in. It's all about consistency, intention, and following through.
Hey, for me, it really comes down to a few core things: honesty, mutual respect, and building something that actually lasts. This work isn't about being perfect; it's about finding that genuine alignment.
If any of this resonates with you, if it feels familiar, grounding or like something you've been missing that's no coincidence. You haven't missed anything, you're actually right on time.
