Seeds

Seeds are packaged to order. Please allow 3–5 business days before shipping.

They didn’t erase these plants by accident, they erased the knowledge so they could sell it back to us later.  Growing your own is remembrance.

The seeds offered here are ones I believe in, grow with, or would grow myself, whether it’s in a backyard, a raised bed, containers, or shared land.

Loofah Seeds

A lot of people don’t know this, but loofah is actually one of the easiest plants to grow.

You plant it, give it sun, something to climb, and it just goes. This is a warm-weather vine that loves heat and grows fast once it gets going.

You can harvest it young to eat or let it grow fully to dry into a natural sponge. One plant gives you food and something useful for your body and home.

This is why it belongs in your garden and your seed bank. It’s simple, practical, and doesn’t require anything fancy.

How to grow it:

  • Plant after the last frost
  • Full sun is best
  • Needs a fence, trellis, or railing to climb
  • Water regularly, not soaking
  • Harvest young for food or mature for sponges

That’s really it. If you can grow cucumbers or squash, you can grow loofah. This is one of those plants that reminds you how easy it actually is to grow your own.

Roselle (Hibiscus) Seeds

This is the plant people use for sorrel, hibiscus tea, and red herbal drinks all around the world. It’s known for helping the body release excess water, support digestion, and lower inflammation, especially when the body feels heavy, bloated, or backed up.

Traditionally, people used Roselle to:

  • Help with bloating and water retention
  • Support healthy blood pressure
  • Cool the body when feeling overheated
  • Support liver cleansing
  • Aid digestion and elimination
  • Support heart health
  • Refresh the blood after heavy foods

It’s rich in plant compounds that support circulation and internal balance, this is why it’s been used for generations, especially in hot climates where the body needs cooling and flushing.

How to grow it:

  • Plant after frost in warm weather
  • Full sun
  • Grows like a bush, not a vine
  • Water regularly but don’t overdo it
  • Harvest the red calyxes after the flower drops

You can use them fresh or dry them for tea. If you can grow okra, peppers, or tomatoes, you can grow Roselle. This is a plant for people who want to  start growing what actually helps the body.

15 high-quality seeds suitable as a perennial in USDA Zones 9-12, but are grown as a frost-sensitive annual in cooler areas (Zones 5-8) -$3.99
